OEM/ODM & Private Label

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means we manufacture products to your exact specifications — your design, your tooling. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means you select from our existing product designs and we apply your branding, logo and packaging. Most buyers start with ODM for speed and lower cost, then move to OEM for exclusive product development.
Can I apply my own brand logo and packaging?
Yes. We offer full private label services — custom logo printing, brand name, custom colour, retail packaging (window boxes, colour boxes, hang tags, barcodes), inner packing and master carton marking. We can match your brand identity across multiple product categories.
Can you develop a new product from my design or sketch?
Yes. We accept product briefs, sketches, reference samples or detailed specifications. Our product development team will coordinate design, tooling, sample production and approval. New product development typically requires 8–16 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you sign NDA or exclusivity agreements?
Yes. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to protect your product designs and business information. Exclusivity arrangements can be discussed for qualified buyers with committed annual volumes.
Is your factory BSCI audited?
Yes. Our Jiangmen factory has passed BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) audit. BSCI is a widely recognised social compliance standard required by major international retailers. The audit covers labour rights, health & safety, environmental practices and business ethics.
What certifications can you support?
Our factory is BSCI audited. For product certifications, we can support testing and certification for major markets including CE (EU), REACH, RoHS, FDA (USA), LFGB (Germany/EU food contact), and other market-specific requirements. Please advise your target market when placing an enquiry.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product category and customisation level. For standard products with your logo, MOQ typically starts from 500–1,000 pieces per item. For fully custom products (new tooling, custom colour), MOQ is generally 1,000–3,000 pieces. Please contact us with your specific product requirements for an accurate MOQ.
Can I mix different products in one order to meet MOQ?
Yes. For buyers ordering multiple SKUs, we can discuss mixed-product orders to help you meet container fill requirements. This is common for buyers building a coordinated product range across bathroom, kitchen and laundry categories.
Is there a sample order option before committing to full production?
Yes. We strongly recommend pre-production samples before mass production. Sample fees apply and are typically credited against your first production order. Sample lead time is 2–4 weeks depending on the product.

Production & Lead Time

Where is your factory located?
Our factory and showroom are located in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, China — a major manufacturing hub for household products. Our Hong Kong office handles sales, sourcing coordination and export documentation.
What is the typical production lead time?
Standard production lead time is 45–60 days after sample approval and deposit payment. Lead times may vary during peak seasons (Q3–Q4). We recommend planning orders 3–4 months ahead of your required delivery date.
Can I visit the factory or showroom?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit our factory and showroom in Jiangmen, China. We can arrange factory tours and product presentations. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.

Shipping & Export

What shipping terms do you offer?
We offer FOB (Free On Board) Yantian / Nansha / Guangzhou as standard. We can also arrange CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) to your destination port upon request. For smaller orders, we can arrange LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidation.
Which ports do you ship from?
We primarily ship from Yantian Port (Shenzhen), Nansha Port (Guangzhou) and Guangzhou Port. All are major South China export ports with frequent sailings to global destinations.
Do you handle export documentation?
Yes. We handle all standard export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and any required inspection certificates. We work with experienced freight forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Can you arrange third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes. We welcome third-party pre-shipment inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your nominated inspection company. We can also provide our own inspection reports with photos and videos.

Payment & Terms

What payment terms do you accept?
We accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) bank transfer. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. For established buyers, we can discuss extended terms.
What currencies do you accept?
We primarily invoice in USD. We can also accept HKD and CNY for Hong Kong and China-based buyers.
